The 11th National Student Conference National Student Conference (NSC) is a routine event held by Food Technology Department of Soegijapranata Catholic University since 2001. This event focuses on Food Technology newest issues. The theme of 11th NSC is “Exploring Food Biotechnology Roles: From Farm to Table”. NSC consists of plenary session (seminar by keynote speakers) and parallel session (paper presentation by presenter).

Keynote speakers involved are:

  1. Dr. Churdchai Cheowtirakul – Dean of Biotechnology Faculty, Assumption University Thailand
  2. Prof. Dr. Ir. H. Didik Sulistyanto – Indonesian Embassy in Thailand
  3. Leenawaty Limantara, M.Sc., Ph.D – Rector of Ma Chung University Malang, Indonesia

This conference also invites papers from students for platform presentation (parallel session) in one of the following sessions:

  1. Food Quality and Safety
  2. Food Microbiology and Biotechnology
  3. Food Processing and Engineering

English is used as the official language during this event.
