For NCAA, WNBA and European Matches the sport has to go at least 35 minutes for wagers to have action. In the case of all NBA matches, the game must go at least 43 minutes.
Winners are determined by the final score of this game such as overtime, unless otherwise specified.
At the event a game is suspended after the time stated above and play isn’t re-established later on that same evening, the score revealed when the game was suspended will be counted as closing, for wagering purposes.

NCAA Conference Odds to Win
Winner of every conference is going to be determined by the group that acquires the lowest seed in the conference championship. If the event ends in a link; Winner will be decided by the team given smallest seed in the Conference Tournament. (Wagers are for regular season only)
